Common topics
- Delete your account. Open the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. All your data is removed within 30 days.
- Cancel Wake Pro subscription. iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → WAKE → Cancel. Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store.
- Refund a Premium itinerary. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Apply to the Creator Program. Open the app: Profile → Creator Program → Apply.
- Report a Wake, a user or a comment. Long-press the content → Report. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
- Lost access to your account. Use "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" on the login screen if you originally registered with one of these providers.

WAKE is available in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Hindi, Chinese and Azerbaijani. Your itineraries are auto-translated for travellers worldwide.
